Ever since the very first video I've watched "Japanese Strawberry Shortcake" I was hooked. I watch at least 3 of your videos a day now lol. And have tried, made/ baked and with great success every time at least 5 of your recipes. Starting with of course "Japanese Strawberry Shortcake'. "Portuguese Macau Style Egg Tarts" (Pastel de Natte) "Orange Chiffon Cake" , "Honey Castella Cake "Vanilla Sponge Cupcakes"..and today I am making your "Hoikado Cupcakes" of course I cannot find Hoikado Milk , but I am hoping milk from our local Quebec, Canadian cows will suffice..Thank you so much for taking the time to share your expertice and making these videos

Hi there,

Thanks so much for your Singaporean/Malaysian receipes. Living overseas home-cooked food is hard to come by and I'm still learning the ropes. It was wonderful to discover your Teochew fish porridge. If possible, please do post more.
Your other recipes look lovely as well, keep up the great work and looking forward to seeing more lively and bright recipes.
