How to make scrambled eggs

Step-by-step guide

Smooth and creamy scrambled eggs are easy. Keep the heat low. Keep stirring. Add a dollop of creme fraiche.

  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • large pinch ground black pepper
  • large pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche
  1. Place eggs and butter in saucepan. Turn on low heat. Stir constantly with spatula.
  2. When eggs start to thicken, add ground black pepper, salt, chives and creme fraiche. When eggs look like thick custard, turn off heat. Plate and serve immediately.
