- 2 eggs
- 15 g unsalted butter
- large pinch ground black pepper
- large pinch salt
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche
- Place eggs and butter in saucepan. Turn on low heat. Stir constantly with spatula.
- When eggs start to thicken, add ground black pepper, salt, chives and creme fraiche. When eggs look like thick custard, turn off heat. Plate and serve immediately.
